Replacement & Returns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our flowers, please email us at diyflowermarket@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem you’re seeing as well as a photograph of the product in question so that we can examine the underlying issue.  Our team of flower experts can see if it's just an issue with the flowers being "young" and will take another day to open, or truly flowers that need to be replaced or refunded.

***It's important that you contact us within 24 hours of your delivery so we can rectify the situation either by replacing the product in time for your event or issuing a refund.***

 

Replacements

We take a lot of care to source and package the best flowers in the world for you.  In the unlikely event your flowers are below our quality standards, we will replace the flowers with a new product or similar look and feel flowers depending on availability at no extra cost.  Please email us diyflowermarket@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your unused flowers and vases must be returned and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be received in advance of your wedding or event to qualify.  In some cases we may be able to pick up your items. Please contact us at diyflowermarket@gmail.com to verify if we’re able to do so.

Your total refund will be the market value of the stems you send back to us and the price of the vases net deductions. If extra complimentary flowers were sent to you, those are not eligible for a refund.

 

Deductions 

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.  If shipping was waived, actual costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items to us.  
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds

It may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be posted depending on your payment processor.  Check with your bank or credit card company to see if there are any pending transactions, then contact us at diyflowermarket@gmail.com for further support.
